According to the Livingston County District Attorney's Office, Dr. Michael Oros was charged Monday with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree and Aiding and Abetting the Unauthorized Practice. The charges allege that over the years Dr. Oros would order lower-cost dental crowns but then bill for and receive payment for higher-cost crowns.
